Preparing this remedy is as easy as pie. You’ll need:
- 1/2 cup of uncooked rice
- 2 tablespoons of baking soda
- Warm water
Simply fill a basin or a bucket with warm water, enough to cover your feet and ankles. Add the uncooked rice and baking soda, stirring until the baking soda is dissolved. Soak your feet for about 15 to 20 minutes, gently massaging the affected areas with your hands or with the rice grains themselves.
