Halva cake with kajmak filled with currant jam, covered with chocolate icing, soaked in coffee and sprinkled with sesame seeds.
Incredibly delicious, not sweet with pieces of halva in the middle of the cake.
Halva cream is a combination of cream with mascarpone, kajmak and vanilla halva crumbled into pieces. A light, delicate cream that goes perfectly with sponge cake and chocolate.
The whole thing is perfectly broken by the currant jam, which gives it a slight acidity. Instead of jam, you can use cherry or raspberry jam.
This simple cake will not only be a sweet accent for birthdays or other celebrations, but will also work well as a layered cake.

INGREDIENTS:
COCOA SPONGE CAKE
6 eggs (size L) at room temperature
1 cup of sugar
3/4 cup of cake flour
1 tablespoon of potato flour
2 tablespoons of cocoa
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
pinch of salt
